Refund Policy – TM Store

At TM Store, we sell digital products such as characters, backgrounds, animation bundles, story-maker packs, and other downloadable assets.
Because all products are delivered instantly after purchase, we follow a strict No Refund Policy.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. No Refunds on Digital Products

All items sold on TM Store are non-refundable due to their digital nature.

Once a digital file has been downloaded/accessed, it cannot be:

Returned
Un-downloaded
Exchanged
Reversed

Therefore, all sales are final.

2. Situations Where Refunds Are NOT Provided

Refunds will not be issued for:

“I bought the wrong product.”
“I changed my mind.”
“I thought it would be something else.”
“I don’t need it anymore.”
“It doesn’t work on my device/software.”
“I didn’t like the style/character.”
“I downloaded it accidentally.”
“I expected physical delivery.”

Please read product descriptions carefully before buying.

**3. Exceptions – When Refunds May Be Granted**

A refund may be issued ONLY if:

3.1 Duplicate Payment

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product, we will refund the duplicate transaction.

3.2 Technical Issues

If:

You purchased a product
AND you did not receive a download link
AND our team is unable to provide you the file within 48 hours due to a system error

only then a refund may be considered.

3.3 Corrupted / Missing Files (Verified)

If a file is corrupted and we fail to replace it with a working version, we may issue a refund.

Exceptions do not apply if:

The file works for others
The issue is caused by your software/device/internet
The user modified the file or used unsupported software

4. Contacting Support Before Requesting Refunds

If you face any issue, please contact us first:

Fix technical issues
Provide updated working files (if required)

Most issues are resolved quickly without needing a refund.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a false chargeback on a legitimate purchase is considered fraud.

If you file a chargeback after downloading a product, TM Store reserves the right to:

Ban your account
Revoke access to all purchased files
Report the case to the payment gateway
Pursue legal action (if necessary)

We encourage customers to reach out to us first for any issue.

6. Acceptance of This Policy

By purchasing digital products from TM Store, you acknowledge that:

You have read and agree to this Refund Policy
You understand all purchases are final
You will not request a refund except under the valid exceptions listed here
